Dr. Michael Picucci has had the opportunity to reinvent himself numerous times in the course of his lifetime and in doing so has helped redefine what aging means in the early 21st Century. He completed his doctoral education in Psychology as he settled into his silvering years. At the same time, other parallel learning opportunities propelled him into the realm of energetic healing of organizational trauma, along with the relational and sexual challenges of our time.

Prior to 1984, in addition to his various consciousness studies, Michael was active in the business world as Vice-President and Partner in a New York City advertising firm. He has co-founded several private sector and non-profit organizations and sits on several boards of directors and advisors. He has been blessed, on numerous occasions, with the opportunity to publicly express the evolution of his personal and professional discoveries, an experience with which he meets with immeasurable gratitude.

Michael has been sharing his journey with his partner-in-life, Dr. Elias Guerrero. Among other things, they share a profound love of the Catskill Mountains on weekends—an environment which supports most of Michael’s written works.

In addition to his writings, Michael maintains a consulting, focalizing and private psychotherapy practice in downtown Manhattan, and he facilitates retreats and workshops. He also consults with organizations in the private, public, and health sectors, supporting alignment for strategic and organic transformation. He describes his focalizing capability as "a most sacred experience," through which he shares an evolved understanding of the richness and possibilities available to us all.
